ZoomInfo adds information from the web, third-party sources, information you provide to ZoomInfo, and publicly available information to your profile.
- Comments: When visitors leave comments, we also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
- Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
How & When Do We Collect Data

- WordPress – used to store information that is necessary for site functionality.
- ZoomInfo – we deploy a JavaScript tracking script and related cookies, including persistent cookies, on our website. This technology collects visitor data such as IP addresses, browser information, and pages visited, and associates that information with business entities by cross-referencing it with ZoomInfo’s commercial database. In some cases, this may allow us to view business contact information associated with the identified company or individual. ZoomInfo may collect business contact and similar information related to individuals when they are working in their professional or employment capacity and use this information to create professional profiles of individuals and profiles of businesses. ZoomInfo may provide this information to its customers, who are businesses trying to reach business professionals for their own business-to-business sales, marketing, and recruiting activities. ZoomInfo may sell or share personal information collected in its database with its customers for the purpose of business-to-business sales, marketing, and recruiting. Such sale and sharing are provided subject to license agreements that limit their use to those purposes.
- Stripe – the website may contain a link to Stripe for payment purposes. This link may be non-public and might only be accessible from a link or based on information submitted through our website. Information necessary to complete transactions may be shared with Stripe. The information you provide to Stripe on its linked website is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
We will also share your information with third parties outside of our organization when necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., to ship an order).
How Long Do We Retain Your Data
The only data stored on our website is information voluntarily submitted through contact forms. Data is retained as follows:
- Comments: Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to allow for automatic approval of follow-up comments.
