What are Commence’s
IDRE fees?
To help you plan ahead, here’s a quick overview of the two fees associated with the Federal IDR process:
Administrative Fee:
Each party involved in a dispute must pay a non-refundable administrative fee to participate in the federal IDR process. For 2025, this fee is $115 per party per dispute. (administrative fees are due from both parties no later than the time of offer submission)
Commence’s IDR Entity Fees:
- Single Determination: $690.
- Batched Determination: $1095.
- Tiered: $200
When the certified IDR entity confirms there are no conflicts of interest and determines that the Federal IDR Process applies, then each party must pay the applicable fees (held in trust or escrow). The submissions of offers and payments are required to be paid within 10 business days after finalization of IDRE. If fees are not received from either party, then the IDR cannot accept the unpaid offer per CMS guidelines. The IDRE cannot initiate a dispute of an unpaid offer.
